Scope of Services

Marshall Day was selected for this project due to the complex nature of the site, and because of our experience in dealing with vocal resident action groups who were very passionate about local amenity. The site is in close proximity to major roads including the Monash Freeway and Toorak Road.

We were involved in detailed noise modelling of the site and surrounds, and presentation of evidence associated with the rezoning during the planning phase of the project. We went on to deliver the acoustic design of the site for building services noise, apartment acoustic design and advice for the podium and retail elements of the project.

The apartment buildings incorporate features such as a swimming pool and rooftop garden areas. The swimming pool and retail plant incorporated acoustic isolation to reduce the noise from plant and activity to the adjacent apartments.
