Graham Warren

Graham joined Marshall Day Acoustics in 1995 following over thirty years of involvement in local government environment protection work, specialising in environmental acoustics. 

His activities at Marshall Day Acoustics have focussed on the preparation of Assessments of Environmental Effects for many major projects including railways, highways, ports, quarries, schools, and many other industrial and commercial activities, and also the preparation and review of District Plan noise controls for a number of local authorities throughout New Zealand. 

Graham has presented expert evidence at a large number of Environment Court and Local Authority Resource Management Act application hearings and regularly undertakes reviews of AEE’s for local Councils. He  also has extensive involvement in the formulation, review and associated planning tasks related to the development of District Plan noise provisions and rules for a number of Local Authorities. 

Graham has also had extensive involvement in the development of the new Road Traffic Noise Standard, NZS 6806 Road Traffic Noise New and Altered Roads.
